# 我所訂閱的線上課程方案包含實體課程，但因個人因素無法參加，可以申請實體課程退費嗎？

若您的訂閱方案包含線上課程及實體課程，方案內之線上數位課程無法退費，僅依實體課程佔整體方案比率，依前述實體課程退費標準及規範申請退費。實體課程佔整體方案之比率由OMIA平台依課程內容比率而訂。
